'Steve and I met 25 years ago when he was Assistant Pastor at a local Community Church. I was searching for a Coach to help me process some trauma and move past an emotionally challenging life event. A few days after we met, he became my personal Coach. Steve's first words to me were 'How can I be with you?'  followed by listening and a few questions. We've been working together ever since. 

As a lifelong Equestrian Coach teaching beginners to upper-level riders, as well as people with special needs and developmental differences, I had a similar Coaching approach. My focus was on supporting and Coaching them by understanding their diverse ways of communication, the stories in our brains, how they functioned and what our bodies did with that information and vice versa. 

As a Professional Consultant, my first step is to listen to my client's needs so I can provide the most accurate services. It's all about Functional Communication!

With Steve's neurotheological and sports physiology background, he helped me unwrap the events around my own trauma with compassion. I felt supported, respected and valued on the journey as I grew toward making more room for joy and peace.  

Individually, we have developed our own Coaching styles and methods that really dovetail well. Both are based on compassionate listening, brain science, and communication. 

Now, we are here as COACH>2<COACH offering the same listening and Coaching opportunities to you.
